Time to tell the boss how you really feel

If working from home has you feeling a little bit frustrated and distanced from other staff, now you can let the boss know.

A new tech wristband allows your manager to track your emotional state while you are working from home.

The Moodbeam is connected to an app on your mobile and features two buttons.

A yellow button, which indicates to management that you are feeling happy and a blue one to let them know you are unhappy.

The wristband is aimed at businesses that want to monitor the wellbeing of their staff who are working from home during the pandemic

Employees can use the wristband and let management know how they feel during the working week.

Speaking to BBC Moodbeam co-founder, Christina Colmer McHugh, said:

"Business are trying to get on top of staying connected with staff working from home. Here they can ask 500 members: 'You ok? Without picking up the phone."

According to Tyla, Christina originally came up with the idea when her daughter was struggling at school.

Would you wear this at work?
