People are being urged watch out for intoxicated pigeons.
The birds are understood to be eating fermented fruit as they fall off trees and begin to rot during this time of year.
This means people have been spotting pigeons acting strangely in areas with an abundance of fruit trees, after biting off a bit more than they can chew.
