An Cork punter has placed a record bet on President Donald Trump to regain his role in the White House only hours before Democratic lawmakers are expected to approve two impeachment charges against him.
Paddy Power announced how a customer in Cork placed a bet at odds of 10/11.
Meaning if Trump is re-elected they will pocket €47,727.27, making it the single biggest bet they have taken so far on the 2020 US Presidential Election.
A spokesperson for PaddyPower said:
