That's some list of random sh*te!
Floral Unicorns 5ft in size, an Aston Martin, a Tiffany engagement ring and Ant and Dec (not the TV presenting duo but instead two alpacas named after them), that's just some of the items on the long list of unusual things left in Travelodges last year.
The low-cost hotel has given us details of the oddest items left behind by its guests.
A few other items that had us scratching our heads include, a 65-year-old bonsai tree, 75in smart TV, a Persian chinchilla cat and a gingerbread village.
As is the way with budge-hotel's, there are plenty of wedding-related stories and Travelodge is no exception. One branch in Torquay reported of a best man who overslept and had to be put on a sea tractor by the manager so he could make his brother's wedding on Burgh Island.
Shakila Ahmed, a spokesperson for Travelodge said,
“When it comes to why so many of our customers forget their treasured items, it’s basically due to us all being time poor, juggling multiple tasks and being in a hurry to get from A to B.
“In the rush, valuable possessions are easily forgotten.”
A generous but logical assessment to be fair.
