Men really struggle to complete the challenge.
Another day, another viral challenge sweeping across the internet...only this time there's a twist - most men can't do it.
The 'chair challenge' involves leaning against a wall, pulling a chair to your chest and simply standing up.
Women are making it all look very, very easy.
But men appear to get stuck in the position before losing their balance through the strain of attempting to stand upright.
Here's what you need to do:
Stand with your feet against a wall and take two steps backwards, putting your feet directing behind the other.
Lean forward, putting you head on the wall in front of you to support your weight, and slide a chair or stall between the wall and your legs.
Pull it up flat against your body with your arms and stand up without moving your feet. Easy, right?
Well we tested it out in the iRadio office and it works, the lads weren't able to stand up while the girls made it look simple.
So why can't men do it?
According to scientist Jeremy Johnson, it's all to do with centre of mass.
He explains in a blog : "Interestingly enough, many girls can successfully complete this challenge, while most boys cannot. Why? It’s all about the center of mass.
"The center of mass for most girls is lower to the hips, while the center of mass in boys is much higher.
"Therefore, for most girls, the center of mass while bent over the chair is above their feet, while the center of mass for most boys is above the chair."
