Eh, think we'll pass on that one.
One TikToker has grabbed a lot of attention for her shaving 'hack'.
In her first ever video on the app, Jules revealed that she picked up the idea of shaving with sandpaper from an accountant she watched on the platform.
However, many medical and skin experts have slammed the idea saying it could cause irritation, sores and even infection.
In the video, Jules explained how she discovered the idea from another accountant on the app.
She then showed viewers how she removed the hair on her legs with 600 grit sandpaper over a patch of skin.
@jules49ofNew way to shave my legs! Thanks ##accountantsoftiktok ##lifehack ##shaving ##softskin ##hairremoval ##tryingnewthings ##saywhat ##noway
She claims:
"My skin is so soft. It's awesome and it works."
The video has received massive attention online with 1.5 million views on TikTok.
However, skin experts say it's a massive no-no.
GP and Medical Director of Cosmedics skin clinics, Dr Ross Perry spoke to Entertainment Daily about the new trend.
He explained why it's not advisable:
“It really isn’t a good idea to remove hair anywhere on the body with sandpaper."
“You run the risk of getting small cuts on the skin which could turn into a nasty infection."
“There’s also the risk of sandpaper leading to folliculitis which is when hair follicles become inflamed."
Ouch! Think we'll stick to the razors, thanks.
