Are you guilty of using your smartphone this much?
It's been revealed that the average person spends more than two full days every year watching TV shows or movies on their smartphone.
That's a massive amount of time, and of those who stream content on their phone, it takes up to a
quarter of their total TV viewing time.
16 percent of people admit to having watched a show at a wedding, while 31 percent of people ahve watched a TV show in the car.
One in five people stated that they have watched a TV show in the pub.
Meanwhile, TechCrunch reported in April that consumers spent about 4.2 hours a day using apps on their smartphones during 2020.
That's an increase of 30% on 2019's data- with the average reaching more than five hours a day in some countries.
