There you go now.

A study conducted by Weetabix in the UK has claimed people's breakfast choices often correlate with their personality traits.

For example, people who eat smoked salmon, cream cheese bagels are extroverts while those who skip breakfast altogether are introverts.

And peanut butter lovers? Well they're better in bed supposedly.

The company conducted the study by asking 2,000 adults to describe their biggest personality traits.

Researchers then broke down the findings based on what those people chose for breakfast most days.

For example, people who identified as "bohemian", are partial to a pain-au-chocolat in the morning, whereas those who drink just a cup of tea are likely to be high earners.

Meanwhile french toast eaters don't might a party and 'well travelled' people opt for the smashed avocado on sourdough.

While banana eaters are stressed out.

These are the full findings as reported by The Mirror.

  • Smoked salmon and cream cheese on a bagel – Extrovert (The highest number of people who identify with being an extrovert eat this for breakfast)
  • Peanut butter on toast – Passionate lovers 57 per cant
  • Just a cup of tea – Career minded/ High earners (£100k plus) 42 per cent
  • Pain-au-chocolat – Bohemian 13 per cent
  • A bowl of cereal – Dependable 56 per cent
  • Marmite on toast – Well read 27 per cent
  • Smashed avocado on sourdough – Well travelled 33 per cent
  • French toast – Party animals 16 per cent
  • Banana – Stressed 27 per cent
  • Yogurt and berries – Emotional 37 per cent
  • Skip breakfast altogether – Introvert 46 per cent

Are any of your traits reflected in your breakfast choices?
