Well, an Italian couple have won a 20 year legal battle over their neighbours noisy toilet.
The husband and wife said the loud flush kept them awake at night.
After a series of bitter court battles, a ruling has now been made that the noise generated by the toilet flush infringed on the couples right to a good nights sleep.
The neighbours have been ordered to pay 500 euro a year compensation since the complaint was first made back in 2003, amounting to 9,500 euro.
