A news reporter in the USA has gone viral after he was caught not wearing any trousers during a live TV report.

Will Reeve from ABC News was reporting on Good Morning America about pharmacies using drones to deliver medication to customers.

Near the end of the report the titles at the bottom of the screen disappeared, revealing Reeve was not wearing any trousers.

UPI.com reported that Reeves later claimed to be wearing shorts for his post-report workout.

Taking to Twitter, Reeves said "Trying to be efficient I got ready for a post-GMA workout a little too soon this morning.

The camera angle, along with friends, family and several hundred strangers on the social media made me rethink my morning routine."
