Staying in bed all day sounds like the dream but imagine getting paid to do it?

NASA is going to pay women €16,000 to stay in bed for two whole months.

They're looking for healthy women between the ages of 24 and 55 for the Artificial Gravity Bed Rest Study, which examines the effect of weightlessness on the human body.

Pretty 52 report the study will take 89 days in total - 15 days of familiarisation, 60 days of bed rest and then 14 days of rest and astronaut rehab to get you back to normal life.

Anyone who takes part in the study will live in a single room with a constant temperature. You'll also have to do everything horizontally, including eating and showering. NASA will also allow their subjects to watch TV and read during the 89 days.

Every day, you'll have to spend 30 minutes in a 'human centrifuge' which "generates artificial gravity and distributes body fluids back into the body".

No need to be concerend about your health. You'll be accompanied by a team of top scientists, physios and medics while there'll also be nutritionists on hand to plan out all your meals.

NASA are paying out €16,500 to any of the eventual subjects and the study is running from September to December this year.
