Do you know what they're famous for?
Earlier this week, the Met Gala took place, with all eyes on the style of celebs at the major fashion event.
One such star was Kim Kardashian, who wore a dress famously worn by Marilyn Monroe.
The headlines this week were focused on the iconic dress, but this stirred up a different type of conversation for many young people:
Who is Marilyn Monroe?
That's right, some people under the age of 30 were left scratching their heads at the reference to the pop icon.
A survey found that half of Brits in that age cohort didn't know who the US actress was.
Monroe was an icon back in the 1950s and early 1960s, but her fame hasn't quite carried on through the generations.
And she's not the only 'lost icon', as the survey resulted in a list of 30 famous names that apparently young people can't place.
Another of the ones that we couldn't quite believe people didn't know was Neil Armstrong.
