Tanya Ricardo from Houston, Texas is so obsessed with the Duchess of Sussex that she underwent a cosmetic surgery makeover.

"She's beautiful, she's graceful. I just want what she has that I don’t."
Tanya spent six hours in surgery getting eight different procedures, including liposuction under her chin and on her tummy, hips and lower back; a Brazilian butt lift; and cheek contouring and filler.
