What a bet to lose
Marty Whelan has said he's 'strangely flattered' after it was revealed someone's had his face tattoo'd on his leg.
The tattoo came about after Phil O'Kelly lost a bet with his mates, and the inked face itself takes up pretty much Phil's entire thigh.

The bet came about over a round of fantasy football, which had a number of terms:
The bet was against my friend @LeHuss. The terms as follows:
1 - Whoever's Fantasy Footy team got the most points over the 21/22 season, won.
2 - Winner got to choose a tattoo for the loser
3 - Loser got to choose where the tatt went

It's fair to say after losing the bet, Phil went above and beyond, resulting in a piece much closer to the size of a dinner plate than a €2 coin.
The tattoo took around three and a half hours to complete - a small price to pay for a life-long conversation starter!
