This guy clearly wasn't going to let the authorities steal his shine and while his crime career was on hold, Marc Biart decided he was going to channel his inner Gordon Ramsey and post some cooking 'how-to' videos on the video site.
Although he always hid his face in the tutorials, police recognised Biart from his tattoos.
He's been arrested seven years after authorities in Italy said he was wanted on drug trafficking charges.
