Landlord demands weekly room inspections and no meat in the house in bizarre ad

You'd want to be fairly stuck for a room!

Renting in Ireland is tough, we wouldn't be surprised something similar happened for a kitchen with a mattress in Dublin.

But a post from a US landlord on Craigslist has been re-shared on Reddit and people are aghast at how obnoxious it is.

You're getting one room in a 3 bed apartment, but not much more.

The ad states "You will have access to the bathroom. But you must Not shower after 8pm!"

Their grammar is as bad as their attitude, and there are plenty more rules this landlord needs to get off their chest.

"You will need to provide your own toilet paper, you must provide your own soap and shampoo!!! You will have to buy your own Food! You will not be allowed to cook meat in my house as I am vegan!!!'

It's not even a cheap room at $1,300 US a month - that's about €1,123.

No pets, no TV or music after 9,30pm and an extra $75 a month just to have access to the WiFi!
