Put the dumbbell down!
In news that may come as a bit of a surprise to some, a recent survey suggests that women actually prefer the humble 'dad bod' over the sterotypical six pack.
According to the survey conducted by Planet Fitness, nearly 70% of the 2000 women asked found men with a little more cushion for the pushin' more attractive.
The main reason? Because it gives off a vibe that they're comfortable and relaxed in their own skin.
Hollywood heartthrob Chris Pratt is a famous advocate of the dad bod movement.
In fact, earlier this year Pratt sent social media into meltdown when his beloved dad bod made its return to paparazzi snaps, a welcome sight for dad bod fans all over the globe.

Dad bods have been 'in vouge' since about 2016 and according to Planet Fitness, the modern body type's popularity is on the up.
That's despite the abundance of chiselled "Love Island Adonis" on our screens and in our magazines, it appears more and more people are turning their backs on the traditional Herculean physique.
