Nightmare!
Doctors in China were shocked to discover the cause of a man's intensely itchy ear - there was a spider in there spinning a web.
Image Credit: The South China Morning PostAccording to The South China Morning Post, the young man went to hospital last month complaining of constant itching and a "crawling sensation" in his right ear.
Dr Zhang Pan, of the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University in China’s Jiangsu Province, couldn't see anything at first but when he used an endoscope he spotted the creepy crawly.
A video shows Dr Zhang trying to grab it with a tweezers but the spider was too quick, burrowing deeper into the ear canal.
He was eventually able to flush it out using a saline solution.
