Very random...
So apparently celebs are speaking out about how often they wash themselves...
And it seems not that often!
First up on the subject is Jake Gyllenhaal:
Admitting that " more and more" he finds bathing to be "less necessary, at times", he also said:
"I do also think that there’s a whole world of not bathing that is also really helpful for skin maintenance, and we naturally clean ourselves."

This confession came after a guest appearance by Mila Kunis and Aston Kutcher Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast.
Mila said: "I don't wash my body with soap every day,"
But she did add she washes certain parts every day.

Ashton added: “I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever."
It's all sounding a bit odd right?
Tyla spoke to an expert to get their take on the whole washing conundrum.
And apparently there is such thing as washing too much!
Medical director, Doctor Ross Perry, founder of Cosmedics skin clinics told Tyla said that three showers per week on average "is a reasonable amount for an average person".
"In terms of how many times a day an individual should shower or wash, there’s no specific amount but personal hygiene is down to the individual and daily washing is common," he adds.
Apparently it's all about the skin's own natural ability to clean itself.
And also that over-washing can leave your skin itchy and dry!
So, if you ever needed an excuse to skip that shower, this might just be it!
