Dog-sitter left with dog for six weeks as owner's return date from holiday remains unknown

What would you do if you were dog-sitting and the owner never came back to claim their pet?

According to The Mirror, that's exactly what has happened to a woman in the UK, who offered to look after her friend's dog while she went on holiday.

Fast forward to today, and the woman's been caring for the dog for six weeks, with the owner reportedly ignoring calls and texts from the dog-sitter.

With no return date scheduled, it's unclear who will continue to look after the puppy in the future.
