Most women have a drawer full of bras.
Some get worn more than others - usually not the sexy push-up ones, but the comfy old t-shirt bras.
But how often should you be washing your bras?
A Marks and Spencer's bra fit expert has the answer and it might surprise you.
Julia Mercer told The Mirror that we should wash a bra every time we wear it:
"I would recommend washing after each use as this keeps your bra clean and fresh."
Julie also addressed the issue of how long a bra lasts, and it seems we should be replacing them more often:
"In my opinion, a bra is at its best in its first year of being worn".
Julie claims 80 per cent of women are wearing the wrong size bra.
She said you should get measured every year, especially if you've put on or lost weight as the breast is made up of 75 per cent fat.
