She wants to make sure he's looked after!
A woman in the US is selling her home, and she has an unusual add-on to it.
And instead of paying more for the add-on, she's reducing the price if someone agrees to it.
Sounds weird right? Well, that's not even the half of it!
According to The Mirror, Florida-based Crystal Ball is offering a reduced price if a buyer also takes on her ex-husband.
Crystal and her husband Richard Chaillou recently went their separate ways after a seven-year marriage.
But the two remain on good terms, and the house+husband sale is simply to make sure Richard's looked after.
The paper reports that the ad for the house says:
“Wonderfully rehabbed ex-husband up for grabs as a tenant in this stunning Panama City Beach, Fl. home."
Crystal claims he is the "dream man in the kitchen" and can cook up "perfect meals on a new stove".
She added that the pair are "still close as a family" and simply wanted to use their divorce "to help sell the house whilst looking after our own interests as well.”
The house is on sale for £699,000 (€833,492) but that'll be discounted if the new owner takes on her ex.
