It's tough out there for homeschooling parents!
With schools around the globe closed for the foreseeable future to help contain the spread of COVID-19, many parents have become makeshift teachers.
And juggling both parental and teaching duties is a tough task, as one mum from the US found out.
Candice Kennedy, was only one day into her new life as a teaching mum when her eight-year-old Ben gave her a harsh dose of reality.
The pupil had evaluated his mum's effort in his diary, which candice later discovered and shared a picture of the hilarious review on Facebook, where it gained more than 278,000 shares and 14,000 comments.
It reads: "It is not going good. My mom's getting stressed out. My mum is really getting confused. We took a break so my mum can figure this stuff out. And I'm telling you it is not going good."
She shared the post with the caption: "Y’all I’m dying!!! This is Ben’s journal entry from Monday about our first 'homed school' day. That last sentence."
It included the hashtag #8yearoldcalledmeout, and many other parents were quick to relate.
One replied: "I did scream a lot today my head hurts. And it’s only day one."
A second said: "Lol this was me. They sent them home with a packet and no instructions. You teach them one way but the teacher says that not how she does it.''
Another wrote: "This is actually happening at my house! Lol."
A fourth added: "Lol this would be my children. I don’t know how you do it."
