Fry ups are just key to life in general.
A survey conducted by hotel company Travelodge is claiming that a good fry up and spending up to five days apart a month are the secrets to a happy marriage.
More than 2,000 people took part in the poll, which revealed that eight in 10 people who travel for work put their married bliss down to having a break from each other.
And 74% think periods of separation fire things up in the bedroom, the poll found.
While a host said a good old fry up or relaxing bath helped ease stress.
Nearly a fifth of working parents confessed they enjoyed a bit of peace and quiet during a break from looking after the kids.
Of those who travel for their job regularly, 21% said it was a 'win win' situation as their partner loved having the house to themselves.
The hotel chain’s Shakila Ahmed said: "Nowadays we can potentially work anywhere thanks to technology which is why business travel is becoming more essential in our working lives.
