Bridezilla alert!
"Whatever. Guess I’m gonna be stuck paying $350."
A bride has thrown her toys out of the pram after a guest refused to do her bridal makeup for her. The woman in question wanted to try cut the costs of her big day and so, asked a friend to do it for free.
In messages shared to Reddit, the bride text her mate saying:
"So it’s going to be $350 for my hair and makeup and I really don’t want to pay that since I’m really only wanting my hair done and I don ’t wear too much makeup.
Would you be able to help? I know you have lots of makeup and can actually curl hair haha."
Her guest responded saying she was happy to help her out with her hair but added that she didn't feel confident taking on the makeup as she isn’t that good at doing it on other people. However, the bride persisted saying it'd just be something simple, so she agreed.
The bride then forwarded her a picture of what she wanted which was, well, not so simple:
She responded saying that look wasn't so simple but she'd still attempt to do an easier version of that look. She even offered to go shopping with the bride to buy her own foundation but the bride abruptly replied:
"You always do wings though? And you can't use your foundation on me?"
The back and forth continued via text messages for a while with the guest insisiting she'd like to help out but she also pointed out, "I'm not a makeup artist".
The bride was having none of it though and passive-aggresively replied:
"Whatever. Guess I’m gonna be stuck paying $350."
