A solid 18-caret gold toilet toilet reported to be worth one million pounds has been stolen from the former home of Winston Churchill.
Thames Valley Police says the piece of art was taken from Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire in the early hours of this morning.
It's reported the loo wasn't just for show, though. Significant damage and flooding was caused during the theft as the fully functioning throne had to be disconnected from the plumbing to be removed.
They believe "at least two vehicles" were used in the heist.
A 66 year old man has been arrested and remains in custody.
