Gardaí are on the case
Galway residents are being urged to be on the lookout for a gigantic pencil on loose.
The art installation was in place outside Carroll's Bar on Dominic Street.
The pencils fit over street bollards outside various venues taking part in the Cúirt International Festival of Literature in the city.
Initially, two of the giant pencils had been stolen, but Gardaí on the case were able to facilitate the return of one of the items today.
The other though, remains at large!
