iPods used to be a device for listening to music on, but a viral TikTok has people freaking out - it shows a young woman using them as a hair clip.

The TikTok shows that there is a culture war between millennials and Gen-Z as the millennials are disgusted with this fashion accessory.

@freckenbats uploaded the video of her modelling the hair clip with the caption:

"What do you guys think?"

@freckenbatssuch a cute accessory ? #vintage #antique #oldelectronics #2000score #2000s♬ Toxic - Britney Spears

She then added more salt to the wound by adding the hashtags #vintage #antique

Before streaming, the iPod Shuffle was the item of choice for those who wanted to listen to their top artists on the go.

Another TikToker @Rod found the video and reacted to the video saying:

“This is the last straw I can’t take it anymore"

@rodThis is the last straw i cant take it anymore ##millennial ##2000s ##nostalgia♬ original sound - Rod

Millennials - people born between 1981-1995 - felt very attacked

And took to the comments to figure out when and how their top music gadget was now being compared to something found in Accessorize.

One person took to the comments to say:

“I remember not being able to afford one of these back in the day and she has the audacity to wear it as a hair clip?”

One person joked:

“Wait till they hear about CDs”
