Never leave a man behind
Irish Rugby fans are still on a high after a nail-biting Six Nations Grand Slam decider at the Aviva Stadium over the weekend.
The boys in green were 29-16 winners over visitors England, who had to make do with just 14 men for the entire second half.
Captain Johnny Sexton said afterwards:
"You couldn't make it up - it's like living in a dream."
"We didn't play our best but bloody hell - what a team."
"What a group of coaches."
"To come here and get a win on St Patrick's weekend, it's unbelievable - what a day."
If you were jumping up and down in your sitting room watching it, just imagine how it feels to be a member of the Ireland team.
Needless to say, the squad have been making the most of the celebrations since Saturday evening but, when Gary Ringrose decided he'd had enough after three days on the session, a day off was out of the question.
Rather than let Ringrose wallow in self pity, the party came to him - and so did the whole team:
Ireland centre Gary Ringrose wouldn’t go out for the 4th day drinking following their Six Nations Grand Slam celebrations… 👀☘️
So the whole Ireland team called to his house instead 😂😭 pic.twitter.com/ZeJYilXEKy
