If you think you'd never name your child after a houseplant...think again because you may already have.
A new survey done by Primrose has revealed the top garden-inspired names from data from the past decade from 2000 to 2010.
It mostly focused on parents born between 1981 to 1996.
Lily topped the list for girls names with 33,125 votes followed by Poppy at 29,471 and Daisy at 22,645.

Meanwhile for boys, Rowan proved to be the most popular name.
It came out on top with 6,374 votes leaving Robin with 2,768 votes and Wren with just 188 votes.

Other peculiar names for babies included nineteen called Cedar, three called Strawberry and Prunella for nine babies.
