Don't worry - this is spoiler-free!
Whether you stayed up late last night to watch it or you're gearing up for it tonight, it's D-Day in Game of Thrones.
One of the biggest TV shows of all time came to an end last night and there's been a mixed reaction to the final episode.
So much so that there's now a helpline set up for fans who can't cope with the end of season eight.
The Sun report that the service is being offered via Bark.com, who normally link users to the likes of dog groomers, builders and plumbers.
However, their new special helpline gives callers the chance to talk through their pain with counsellors who are familiar with the show.
It'll only set you back a cool £40 (about €45) per hour to ring up but each of the counsellors are professionals and have a good knowledge of the TV show.
