There is only one small catch...
Fed up of working from home? Well, Hawaii may have the answer for you.
The tropical state is offering those who are working remotely free round-trip tickets to Honolulu.
This means people can work from the the beach or with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean.
According to UPI, the progamme is called Movers and Shakas after the Hawaiian hand gesture that is interpreted as "hang loose".
The first group of 50 Movers and Shakas will be accepted on 15th December.
They will then be given their flights to fly to Hawaii and become temporary residents.
Applicants must respect the local culture and heritage while living on the island.
You will also have to dedicate time to nonprofits to help during your stay.
Jason Higa, CEO of FCH Enterprises said:
"We wanted to help fill the gap from the decrease we've experienced in the 7-day visitors to our state,"
"Now that many people have the choice to work remotely, there's an opportunity for former local residents to return home and for out-of-state individuals and families to live and work from Hawaii for a longer period of time.
We believe this program will attract many former Hawaii residents and professionals seeking a safe, warm environment to continue living their normal lives while contributing to the Hawaii community,"
