Sounds doable?

A new phone app is giving away a massive prize - for simply keeping your finger on your phone.

Finger on the App is pretty self-explanatory. Users have to keep their finger on their phone screen on the app for the longest time to try and win $25,000 (just over €22,000).

The app is only available to iOS devices and it'll start on June 30th at 3pm EST (so 7pm, Irish time). The app's website says there'll be prompts to make sure you're not cheating throughout:

"To play Finger On The App you put your finger on your phone and keep it there for as long as possible. Occasionally we will prompt you to slide your finger to a specific location. That's it! Whoever stays on longest wins."

There's a *tiny* catch though.

According to LadBible, the makers of the app say that everyone who bows out of the competition has the chance to dictate the final prize. If you're feeling sound, you can say the eventual winner deserves the full whack of $25,000. However, if you're a bit salty about your finger slipping off the screen, you could choose to give the final winner a grand sum of $0.

The final cash prize will be the average number generated from every vote.

You'll also have to make sure none of your mates give ya a buzz on the day. If something like a call or an alarm takes you out of the game, there's no way back in.

The site says:

"You must have your wifi on to play, but phone calls, alarms, or other interruptions can cause you to lose even if you didn't take your finger off the screen. Remember - it's Finger On The APP, not just Finger On Your PHONE."

Would ya give it a go?
