Do we need female only parking in other parts of the world?
A TikTok has gone viral after showing users a female-only parking area in a car park in Perth, Australia.
The area sports bright pink walls and signs asking other drivers not to park their cars there, and there's even dedicated security.
On the surface, you could probably think of many jokes about female drivers to apply here, but there's also a more serious reason behind the zone.
TikTok user @natashagallier summed it up with the caption of the video - "Don’t know if we should be happy or scared there’s a female-only parking with security."

The video has divided opinion, with some people grateful to see a safer space for women - many of whom feel particularly unsafe in multi-story car parks and especially at night.
Meanwhile others think it just "tells creeps where to creep".
Another commenter said "that looks like kidnap central to me".
