That seems to be the case for one TikToker, @ivoryguy, who thinks her dog said 'I don't know' to her. She managed to grab the incidence on video so you can judge for yourself.
In the video, her dog lets out a massive sigh. She then asks him what's wrong and he allegedly tells her 'I don't know'.

The video has already gotten over 4 million views with many commenters convinced her pet did in fact speak.
"Bro forgot he was a dog for a second," commented one TikTok user.
Meanwhile, another added: "If a dog could talk that's how they would sound."
