One in eight owners kiss their dogs on the lips

One in eight dog owners admit to kissing their pets on the lips.

The research was conducted in the UK by a shower company called Mira Showers.

They also found that the affection doesn't stop there. Nearly 30% of us tell our pets our deepest secrets while a quarter of owners let them into their bed, Tyla.com reports.

Six per cent of people let their dogs eat at the dinner table and six per cent also admitted to letting them shower at the same time as them.

The study also concluded that female owners spoil their dogs the most.
