A woman has taken to TikTok to vent over the ridiculous reasons her landlord refused to refund the security deposit when her and her housemates moved out.
Her landlord sent her a series of pictures that they reckon shows damage around the house and Matilda decided to rate each one.

The ridiculous damage includes a single solitary pea sitting on a shelf of the freezer, a bit of paper on the ground, and a photo that's too blurry to tell exactly what the subject is.
The gallery also contains a photo of a de-humidifier in the hall, which Matilda claims actually belongs to the landlord in the first place.
It all resulted in £210 down the loo!
