If you think youre having a bad day, spare a thought for the helmsman who somehow managed to stick his giantass ship sideways into the goddamn Suez Canal & blocked it into literal gridlock & is currently costing every seafaring nation of Earth like millions of dollars every hour pic.twitter.com/DIWAxwctXa

Eight tug boats are attempting to shift a 224-thousand tonne vessel that's blocking one of the world's busiest shipping lanes.
At 400 metres in length and carrying around 20,000 containers the Ever Given ran aground sideways across Egypt's Suez Canal.
It appears to have been blown off course due to high winds and is now causing a growing traffic jam of ships trying to move between the Red Sea and the Mediterranean.
Not to worry though, help has arrived!
aaand this is the excavator they brought in to free him so our champ's gonna be free of this mortifying situation in....about 300 years? pic.twitter.com/IwQjNPybfz
