The dreaded C word- and it not even Halloween.
We're currently 127 days away from Christmas- and bells are ringing early in Brown Thomas stores across the country.
The shopping chain has launched it's Christmas shops today, 127 days away from December 25th.
Whether you're a fan of the holiday or not. it seems like it'll be inescapable this year.
Not only that, but the holiday seems to be coming around quicker and quicker each year.
Which we're sure you'll agree is not ideal if you're Scrooge himself.
But that being said, the baubles and decorations have been hugely popular so far with people sharing their reaction on Twitter.
I regret to inform you that it is, in fact, the most wonderful time of the year again.

As someone pointed out online, this should come as no surprise to those who frequent Brown Thomas.
Their Christmas stores pop up near the end of August every year- and y0u'll have to be quick it seems if you want the good stuff.
Christmas trees are expected to sell out by early November, so don't say we didn't warn you!
The Christmas Shop is open at stores in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick and also online.
