This is rough.
When drama unfolds at a wedding it's usually due to a last minute change of heart or perhaps a disgruntled ex-lover crashing the ceremony.
It's not usually the groom’s hand-picked best man.
However this US couple’s outdoor ceremony was abruptly cut short after a member of their bridal party fainted at the alter.
In scary footage the man's head is seen dropping before he face plants into the ground, knocking out his teeth and fracturing his jaw in the process
A photographer and videographer circulated through the event, as friends and family members performed readings and the couple’s maid of honour, Saung, serenaded them with a love song.
But during Saung’s emotional tribute, less than two minutes before Denis and Tyanna were due to say ‘I do’, disaster struck.
Video footage shows Denis and Tyanna holding hands as they prepare to tie the knot, however all is not as it seems.
To their right is Jestin, seemingly minding his own business. But suddenly his head drops and he collapses to the ground.
Luckily, Jestin didn’t suffer a concussion, but he certainly suffered enough, breaking three teeth and fracturing his jaw
as well as being ''sorry and embarrassed'' for ruining the wedding as well.
The video went viral following its release this week, with many people sending their sympathy and support to the poor groomsman.
“Oh my God, I could puke! That sound when he hit the pavement!” one woman wrote.
Another added: “Ouch, oh no poor guy I hope he’s OK!”
