Air Canada is looking into how staff didn't spot a passenger who'd fallen asleep - and was then left on board after the plane landed.
The flight was heading from Quebec to Toronto on 9 June. The abandoned Air Canada passenger - Tiffani Adams - says on her Facebook page that when she woke up, she was freezing cold and still buckled into her seat, but the aircraft was parked.
To make matters even worse Tiffany says she woke up cold and alone, and her phone's battery had died. She was eventually spotted by ground crew after managing to open one of the plane's doors.
