Ebanana Scrooge is the new Kevin the Carrot
Aldi have unveiled their new character for the festive ads.
It comes after the company announced their previous much loved mascot Kevin the Carrot had retired.
And now, after dropping loads of hints, Ebanana Scrooge has officially made his first appearance in a short video.
In the clip, Ebanana likes on a plate beside a mince pie waiting for Santa.
But Santa doesn't choose him - and Scrooge, like his namesake from the popular festive story, declares "I hate Christmas!"
Something tells us this is the start of a bit of a saga...
