Qatar Airways want to thank teachers around the world for their commitment to educate students during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The airline is celebrating World Teacher Day (October 5th) by giving away free boarding passes.
You might want to be quick, as there are only 21,000 up for grabs.
Teachers who manage to get their hands on tickets will also receive a 50 per cent off return ticket, which can be used with their travelling companion.
According to Tyla, the giveaway closes at 2am on 8th October.
Mr. Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, said:
"We at Qatar Airways are incredibly grateful for the commitment and hard work of teaching professionals around the world who continue to educate our young people in these times of uncertainty.
"We know that it has not been an easy task, yet teachers have been incredibly resourceful, turning to online learning and other methods.
"As the largest airline flying consistently throughout the pandemic, we have also supported students in recent weeks by flying to wherever they need to be to start their studies on charter as well as scheduled flights.
"As an airline, we firmly believe in the importance of education and are committed to lending our support to educational causes."
It is advised under level 3 restrictions that travel in and out Ireland should be made only if it is essential.
