This is genius!
A woman going on holiday to the Canary Islands had a bit of a situation in the airport on the way over.
She was flying from Manchester to Fuerteventura and the weight limit for her carry on bag was 6kg.
When she got to security, they noticed her luggage looked a little heavier so they asked her to weigh it. It came in at 9.4kg - a full 3.4kg heavier than what was allowed on board the flight.
However, instead of paying an excess baggage fee of £65 (which works out about €75), she came up with something more creative. She decided to take out some of the clothes and wear them instead of paying the fee to the airline.
Witnesses also say some other people boarding the same flight offered to take some of her items. She put on four dresses, two pairs of shorts, a dress, a skirt AND a cardigan.
Wonder did she get tips from a certain Joey Tribbiani?
Onlookers gave her a cheer as she walked onto the plane wearing all her extra clothes. In another stroke of genius, she took off all of the clothes in the toilet during the flight.
