Now this would be some hen party... A bride from New Orleans in the US has gone to the extreme length of enlisting 34 of her closest friends and family to join her as bridesmaids on her wedding day, reports CNN.
Casme Carter married her partner on June 2nd in Destin, Florida, with her six sisters and no less than 28 friends by her side.
She had planned on having 50 ladies with her, but some were unable to take time off due to work and family commitments.
Ms Carter says she has a lot of friends from mentoring and participating in women's empowerment groups.
The move came as a surprise to the bridesmaids themselves, Ms Carter didn't tell them just how many would be involved in the ceremony.
She says she broke them up into a few different group chats to discuss details and told them just to get neutral beach dresses, and bring some bathing suits and khakis.
In addition to holding a massive wedding, Carter says the couple decided to get married only three months after getting engaged.
