Well, this may be stating the bleeding obvious...
But Met Éireann has issued a status Orange warning for dense fog.
The warning was put in place last night and remains until midday today.
Some bright or sunny spells will break through after the fog lifts, but there's a chance it'll return this evening.
Basically, be careful on the roads, put your fog lights on and just take it easy!
And if you're a photographer, get out there!
You can't fake this kind of filter.
