We all know what happened last night, so let's just skip over that part.
We aren’t in the World Cup and that’s that.
But then again, a lot of powerful teams won’t be making an appearance in Russia next year.
We’re talking the likes of World Cup regulars like Italy, The U.S.A, Chile, Netherlands and Ghana.
That's a lot of quality set to just sit on the sidelines in 2018...
So...why not hold a separate tournament for the Countries that missed out?
The best of the rest? Makes sense right?
The idea gained momentum on social media after Italy’s shock defeat at the hands of Sweden, meant they won't be taking part in the tournament.

And the U.S might be up for hosting the event according to USA TODAY.
However it will be up to FIFA as to whether an event of this size could run at the same time as the World Cup.
Hey, I'm sure if the Boys in Green are playing, Ireland will get behind them!
