Could the march from Darkness Into Light be joined by none other than Ed Sheeran?
Speculation (and it's just speculation) is rife that the 'Galway Girl' singer could be joining the 5km walk/run into the sunrise in either of Westport or Salthill.
Facebook page Darkness into Light Westport started the excitement when they posted: ''Rumour has it that he will be walking here with us in Westport” on their page.
Darkness into Light raises much-needed funds for Pieta House, and also brings people together to show those suffering from mental health battles that they are not alone. Over 180 walks will take place all over the world.
Ed Sheeran is set to perform in Galway tomorrow night and again on Sunday, as he spends almost the entirety of May in Ireland.
