Not to mention the fact everyone who lives there seems to be a model.
Well, except for Alf... (Sorry Alf).
So many famous faces have come and gone from the soap over the years.
We all know about the likes of Kylie Minogue, Chris Hemsworth and Isla Fisher...But what about some our favourites who haven't become household names yet?
Where are they at?
Well, seeing how it's the shows big 3-0 today, we thought it'd be a good idea to check in with some of the former stars of Home and Away, to see where they are now...
Kate Ritchie
Character: Sally
Years on the show: 1988-2008
Where are they now? Sally has done quite well for herself! After Home and Away she became a successful breakfast radio host on Nova's 96.9 in Sydney.
She was announced as the Godmother of a Cruise ship in 2015. And is now the brand ambassador for a Skincare company. She even won a Gold Logie, the top gong in Australian Television.

Lincoln Younes
Character: Casey Braxton
Years on the show: 2011-2014
Where are they now? Since Casey's devastating departure from Home and Away, Lincoln has continued his acting career. Going on to star in other Australian series such as Love Child, Hiding and a feature film Down Under.
Steve Peacocke
Character: Brax
Years on the show: 2011–2016
Where are they now? Hollywood came calling for Brax after he left the bay! His roles in Whiskey Tango Foxtrot , Me Before You opposite Emilia Clarke make for impressive reading...But he'll always be Brax in our hearts.
Esther Anderson
Character: Charlie Buckton
Years on the show: 2008–12, 2013
Where are they now? After leaving the show, Charlie has never been far from the headlines. She continued to work in show business, and landed a role on NBC drama Siberia. She married an Englishman in 2017 and currently lives in Geelong, Australia.
Samara Weaving
Character: Indi Walker
Years on the show: 2009–2013
Where are they now? Continuing the trend of staying in acting is Indi. After leaving the show in 2013, Samara has been paving her way into Hollywood with a string of projects. She's currently working on the Picnic at Hanging Rock mini-series.
Rebecca Breeds
Character: Ruby Buckton
Years on the show: 2008–12
Where are they now? You may have seen Ruby on massive American hit Pretty Little Liars, where she played Nicole Gordon. Rebecca is another former Home and Away star who is making a name for herself in Hollywood, and you can expect to hear more from her in the future!

Where are they now? Burger phone is still doing it's thing. No matter how many times the Diner gets a face-lift, we can always count on one thing... That good old Burger Phone will always be there for the big moments. Never change Burger Phone! Never change.
