Neurological developmental Therapist Ollwyn Moran says screen time for developing brains needs to be limited:
'For the age of zero to two would be no screen devices or screen interactions, it actually impacts sleep'.
'This is the age group where parents are really struggling and trying to get their little ones to sleep, so you know, screens actually don't help'.
